Imagine The Possibilities

“Leaders are possibility thinkers, not probability thinkers. Probabilities must be based upon evidence strong enough to establish presumption. Possibilities are not. All new ventures begin with possibility thinking, not probability thinking.”

Great leaders are always looking for greater possibilities to make their company better. Leaders are hired to maintain their vision of their company. Many leaders hate to hear a lot of excuses from their employees. I hear a lot of excuses from my students all the time too. When they start to give me all of excuses about their assignments. I start to lose a lot of respect from them. Leaders want positive results from their employees. I had a former boss who was really into the many possibilities of our school but he was always getting annoy when the teachers would talk about the negative probabilities of the school. Some teachers would always talk in a negative tone about the students. His favorite quote was “We are not going to play. The what if game with our students.”

As, we good into the New Year. I am going to spend my time thinking about the endless possibilities of life. We have some many wonderful things around us. See you on the tour!
