So how does this work?
• The customer will ship the laptop or notebook computer to us. The customer pays for the shipping to us, and we pay the shipping back to the customer. Please pay the pay pal account.

• When you ship your laptop you must make sure that it has at least 2 inches of packing material on all sides. Send us the tracking number. Please cover yourself and ship with a signature confirmation and insurance. That only makes sense.

• I will contact you via email and a let you know the status of your laptop.

• Please also include all of your contact information and eBay item number with the laptop plus the payment receipt.

• We will work in your laptop right away. This only covers software virus problems NO HARDWARE PROBLEMS ARE COVER in this process.
This process will take approximately 1 day to restore your laptop computer.
• I will ship the laptop to you the same day with tracking number via USPS, FED EX or UPS!!!
