American Video Services

Recently, I had received a big screen tv from my sister who lives in Texas. She told me that the tv was giving her some problems such as the picture turning red. She had someone come out to fix it but the red screen was still there on occasion. I was watching the tv when it just stop working for me. I had to make a choice to repair this older set or get another tv. It was going to depend on the repair price too. So, I started to local at some local repair stores in the area. I found two with email address and I sent out an email to describe the nature of the problem. American Video Services got back to me first. They asked me a bunch if basic question such as model number and type of TV.

After, a few email between Rhonda and I. I determined to myself that I should bring in the TV. It would cost me 30 dollars to diagnose the problem but I could use it toward the repair. I brought the television into the shop. They told me that it would be a few days to see the nature of the problem.

American Video Services called me in the next few days and they told me that the tv had a intermittent problem with the board and the last person who worked on the TV didn't fully fix it. They would guaranteed the work for 90 days but the TV should work for a long time. I paid him the amount of the balance of 230 dollars because my budget was 300 dollars.

I am beer happy with the repair work done by American Video. They would stay in contact with me and they were very helpful with loading and unloading the TV. Thanks again Rhonda.
